Workplace Wellness

The world of work continues to be stressful. We are often asked to do more with less. People in many settings are feeling burned out. People are having increased difficulty maintaining resilience. Wellness feels hard to achieve and maintain.

I have developed a Resilience building program for the workplace that is ready to go for your setting. It can be offered in person or virtually. The format includes 2 -2 hour sessions that are both didactic, experiential and offer opportunities for participants to connect. In addition there are 6 -1 hour follow up sessions that can be offered monthly to strengthen the learnings and practices offered in the introductory sessions.

This program uses the frame of mindfulness to offer skills and practices that help us to stay present, aware and focused.
